We have limited parking in my facility, are prices adjusted to my cleaning cost?


That is correct, if we are required to pay fees for parking or accommodate your maid for transport of cleaning equipment and products, we will adjust rates accordingly on your original quote.




Is gratuity added on top of my Cleaning service rate?


No. The price you receive is for the cleaning service rate only.




Should I tip the Imperial Cleaning Service Staff?


It is not a requirement; however, your cleaning staff will most certainly appreciate any gratuity for the hard work they provided




What is a normal tip for the cleaning staff?


Great question! There really is no magic number. Most clients that tip the staff generally range from $5 to $20 per maid and may increase those amounts around certain holidays.




Do I receive discounts for more frequent cleaning services?


Absolutely, the more we regularly frequent the cleaning of your home or office, the bigger the discounts are.

If I store a credit card with Imperial Cleaning Services is it safe? Will I be automatically charged?


Yes, your card is safe in an encrypted system and the cleaning staff will not have access to those numbers nor will your payment information be printed on any documents. Your credit card will only be charged the day of your cleaning service unless you have otherwise chosen to prepay.




What form of payments do you accept?


We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, and Cash




Is my Cleaning Service Guaranteed from Imperial Cleaning Services?


Absolutely, if you are not satisfied with your cleaning service for some reason, notify us withing 24hrs of that last service, and we will gladly return to clean those locations at no addition cost.




Does the Cleaning Staff that comes into my home to clean receive a background check?


Absolutely, we run a detailed background check and urine analysis prior to employment. We also go as far as to check references.




Is Imperial Cleaning Services insured?


Yes, you can rest assured that you are dealing with a fully licensed and insured company.




Do I have to provide my own cleaning equipment and supplies?


No, we will provide everything needed for a complete clean. If you have special products however, those will need to be provided.




What cleaning products does Imperial Cleaning Services use?


Great question. We use traditional cleaning products and even offer green cleaning solutions if you request. Typically, bathrooms and kitchens will receive a cleaning with products that help assist with sanitation.




Do I have to present for the cleaning service?


No. You are not required to be home for the cleaning service. On initial visits, we do recommend being at the home so you can do a walk through with your maid to ensure great communication and the opportunity to point out concern areas you may have. A walk through with the maid helps assure that all your expectations are met.




How many cleaning people come into my house for services?


This can vary depending upon the service and the size of the structure being cleaned. Generally, one to two people will be assigned to your home cleaning.




Will the cleaning staff be able to reach high windows and ledges? Do they bring Ladders?


Unfortunately for liability reasons, cleaning staff are not allowed to use step stools, ladders, or furniture to step on. We do equip staff with telescopic dusting poles for those hard to reach high up locations.




Will the cleaning staff move my furniture?


They will not. Insurance restrictions and liability inhibits the cleaning staff from moving furniture.
